Our Story
I think we all like to consider our self a little unique in some way, but we also have a need to feel accepted as part of our community. And I think, having that sense of belonging is part of what gives us the courage, and ability to navigate life.But some of us are more different than others – to the point of being judged and stigmatized.
So I’d like to share with you some stories of people I’ve met, who really struggled with their ‘otherness’, but managed to overcome judgement and stigma, to shine in their ‘otherness’ and play a major role in their community. This is Linden’s story
